Medical & Therapeutic Massage
Reconnect with your body, reduce pain, and restore functional balance through Licensed Medical and Therapeutic Massage Therapy.
With over 25 years of hands-on clinical experience, Lynda provides individualized, outcome-focused care for clients recovering from
injury, managing chronic pain, or experiencing musculoskeletal
and neuromuscular conditions. Each session is customized to
address your body’s specific needs, supporting pain reduction,
improved mobility, and functional recovery.
Treatment is both therapeutic and supportive, allowing the nervous system to settle so deeper, targeted work can be performed safely
and effectively. This approach enhances treatment response,
improves tolerance to therapeutic techniques, and supports longer-lasting relief.
Medical Massage may be beneficial for conditions such as frozen shoulder, sciatica, migraines, neck and low back pain, and soft tissue dysfunction, post surgery and is provided as adjunct care to medical or rehabilitative treatment when appropriate.

Physician referrals welcome. Treatment summaries available upon request.

Medical Massage Referrals for Physicians & Healthcare Providers
Medical Massage Therapy is an effective, non-invasive complement to clinical care for patients experiencing pain, tension, and nervous system dysregulation. I work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals to support treatment outcomes through targeted, results-oriented therapeutic massage.
Medical massage sessions are tailored to address specific diagnoses and treatment goals, including injury recovery, chronic pain conditions, postural imbalances, and stress-related nervous system overload. Each session is informed by the referring provider’s recommendations and adjusted based on patient progress. Physician referrals are welcome.

To streamline the referral process, I have created a Medical Massage Referral Form that allows providers to outline clinical considerations, areas of focus, contraindications, and treatment objectives.👉 Click here

Meet Lynda
Lynda’s healing journey began shortly after earning her BA in Psychology. Over the past 30 years, she has trained in a wide range of massage techniques while deepening her intuitive gifts. Her sessions often become much more than bodywork — they are integrative healing experiences guided by both skill and spirit.“My intuition opened while working with massage clients. I chose to strengthen it through training, always learning new ways to connect the body and mind. Massage is my original healing art — and still my favorite.” —
