What to Expect During a Session

You will lie fully clothed on a BioMat™-covered healing table, eyes closed, as you receive high-vibrational frequencies intuitively guided by Lynda. Each session is unique - sensations, insights, or spontaneous physical movements may occur as your body responds to the energy. You are simply invited to relax, let go, and receive what you need in that moment.

  • Sessions typically last one hour

  • Healing may unfold immediately or gradually

  • 1–3 sessions are recommended for lasting integration
